What Voids Or Limits It
VOIDS THE WARRANTY
- Hollow point, flat-nose, slug, explosive, or incendiary rounds
- Shooting closer than the posted minimum distance for that ammo type
- Mounting with anything other than TA Targets Shooting Target Clamps
NORMAL WEAR (NOT A DEFECT)
- Surface pockmarking from FMJ/ball rounds that hasn't progressed to a qualifying hole or tear
- Minor discoloration or surface texture change from use
- Embossed logo shot out and removed
NEVER COVERED
- Target Clamps, mounts, or other hardware
- Damage from prohibited ammunition types listed below
- Theft, loss, or misuse

04 - Filing A Claim
How to file
- Check eligibility. Original purchaser only — second-hand products aren't eligible.
- Email us. Send photos of the damage, the ammunition, and the firearm to info@tatargets.com, subject line "Warranty Claim." Include your order number and a short description of the failure.
- We respond within 7 business days. If approved, ship the damaged component to the address below.
- Inspection & replacement. We inspect within 7 days of receipt and ship a replacement within 14 days if approved. One replacement per component — no cash refunds.
3-Year Items - Must file within 1096 of purchase

Keep Your V-FLEX Target Covered
Wear thresholds are listed above under Exclusions (anything smaller of a 3" hole)
- Inspect the target every session; retire it once damage crosses the wear threshold.
- Replace Target Clamps and mounting hardware as needed. It isn't covered.
- Never shoot without a backstop or bullet trap behind the target.
