The functions and build quality / materials between the two versions are identical. Basically, it comes down to how many mags you want to bring with you and how many pistols you need to fit in the case. If five magazines is enough, the single might be the move. If you want to carry even more mags and maybe only one pistol, or maybe ONLY mags, the double will fit more into the case.

We have been a customer of Vertx for years and we have used nearly all of their backpacks, slings, and packs in our personal lives. Our team quite literally carries Vertx bags on us every single day.
